Natural beauty is a triumph in other words it is an achievement, it requires no surgery and it entails less work, think about it just waking up in the wee hours of the morning dressing all up and hitting the road without spending hours on the mirror trying to make sure you apply every chemical on your table. There is no shame in using makeup everyone is entitled to their own idea of beauty, but shame comes when others are told they are not good enough without it we all choose to be beautiful the way we feel suits us best. PRETTY BIRD MADE TO FEEL INCOMPLETE

I grew up a self hating girl because I was told how dark and simple I look, that simple being me having my short hair with no weave on like most of my peers did. But it takes a brave girl to accept her flaws and walk with them with confidence. It's time women knew that beauty doesn't come with putting on makeup. Concisely natural is life and it takes the stand. Don't allow people to make you feel like a pretty bird with a missing wing ( the wing being chemicals) spread your wings up higher and embrace your natural beauty without holding back.              


LET THE BLOG SHOW YOU HOW (ADVANTAGES)

This blog will speak volumes to every person who feels the need
to cover themselves because they feel like showing off raw skin looks hideous. This blog is the way through for the people who are uncertain  and battling with whether they should wear makeup  or keep it simple by remaining natural.  this blog serves as an eraser to people's insecurities and make everyone feel comfortable in their own skin without being told otherwise. Most young girls who fuss a lot about being natural will benefit from this blog because it will give them the drive into staying all natural with no filters and chemicals. We are faced with a challenge of women who never want to show their pure faces on social media without putting make up on this blog will serve as a motivation tool for those people and let them understand that natural is a triumph and should't feel ashamed about being natural. 

DISADVANTAGES

Discussing such a sensitive topic on social media may make it seem as
if this blog is criticizing women who see makeup as part of their DNA(something they are born with.It could create controversy between the readers and affect me as a blogger as well, in the sense that since everyone is more focused on what they see as the right thing to do they can end up disagreeing without all the things said about natural beauty that way controversy can be created.

    Natural beauty is often opposed in our modern societies, hence I think it is something that needs to be embraced in our daily lives. Women should be comfortable in their own skin, knowing that it is okay to face the world with no make-up on your face. Such blogs are to raise awareness about the importance of being comfortable in our skin colors and to teach the upcoming generation about the importance of natural beauty.

    What other people write in social platforms also makes people believe that their beauty is not enough, the society we live in makes us believe that a dark skin is not beautiful but a lighter skin is (yellowbone) but if people could write more about it,like you did Cwenga then that would make readers aware that even if they chose not to apply make-up they are still beautiful. They don't have to live according to the society standards.

      I do get your point but the thing is, i'm not criticizing any makeup lovers, my main goal here is to enhance the confidence of those who prefer in remaining natural and to let them know that they are beautiful and they shouldn't change what makes them feel comfortable just to meet up with the society's expectations of what they should be like in order for them to be regarded as beautiful and worthy.

    This is such a beautiful message of empowerment. I liked the quote on the photograph about beauty being in the eyes of the beholder and that You, You as a Woman becoming the beholder of your own beauty, embrace thyself, love thyself, and be confident. Yes, the world is in it's meanest behaviour nowadays towards women, especially on social media. This society is killing your confidence as a naturally beautiful woman so that you can run to them with your money to purchase the chemicals to 'enhance' yourself.
